Meet Our May 2025 Winner - Aaron M.!
We are proud to honor Aaron M. as our May 2025 Monthly Employee Recognition Award winner!
If dedication had a name, it'd be Aaron. This month, we're celebrating his outstanding efforts in getting the new Kia building parts department up and running. He's been putting in seven days a week (yes, even Sundays!) to transfer parts from the Nissan and Honda departments to Kia-all while keeping operations running seamlessly.
Not only does Aaron start his weekdays at 5 AM to ensure every order is checked in, billed, and ready for delivery, but he also oversees the parts drivers, making sure everything is on track. And as if that weren't enough, he personally called all Kia customers with special ordered parts to notify them their parts have arrived!
On top of all that, Aaron is also keeping a close eye on Kia parts finances, tracking every dollar going in and out (with a big shoutout to David W. for his support!).
Aaron, your dedication, hard work, and above-and-beyond attitude do not go unnoticed. We appreciate everything you do to keep operations smooth, customers happy, and our team running strong. Congratulations on being May's Employee of the Month!
